Busy In New York City

my improv class
Been a while since I posted here, like a year. Ha! I've been busy getting used to life in New York City. I think I'm pretty much settled now and getting into the swing of things. If you want to read about it in detail, check out my blog here. My biggest project/passion this year has been taking classes at The Upright Citizen Brigade. This weekend I finished Sketch 301 and Improv 101, putting on a show for each. I was a writer for the sketch show, not a performer, but it was good experience learning how to be in a writers room, writing for a show, and writing for actors. In the last year I've been perusing sketch writing more so than standup. I still love performing and will continue to pursue that as well. I'd absolutely love to write and act in my own stuff. Oh, also my hair's a lot longer now than the last time I posted.

My sketch, "Scare B&B" being performed during the show.
